age ( 23 )
gender (Female )
time of getting disease ( since 18, her arms became weak, and her left fingers arched, one by one until now, all of her fingers arched, not frontally )
syringomyelia relates to abnormality of the brain (yes and not, because she able to use her brain properly, but her syrinx released last year by surgery )
post-traumatic syringomyelia ( unmotion of hands, her eyes become bleary, before surgered her thoath was sick but is normal now, no headache but dizzy after waking up)
chronic pain (no pains, sometimes shiver, recently body is rigid from shoulder to the chest )
numbness, weakness, and disruption in temperature sensation (no numbess, no weakness, temperatur is ok )
loss of sensation particularly in the hands ( very loss of sensation, but she able to feel the pinch, left hand always cold)
experience paralysis or paresis temporarily or permanently ( permanent )
abnormal body temperature or sweating ( normal )
bowel control issues (constipasi, drug addict for her defecate )
vocal cord paralysis (once, pre surgery her cord was sick, but it is ok)
ipsilateral tongue wasting ( normal )
trigeminal nerve sensory loss ( normal )
other signs ( left hand cold, weaken eye, menstruation is not normal, sick on armpit )
bladder stones occurring in the onset of weakness in the lower extremities ( --- )
pressure, vibration, touch and proprioception intact in the upper extremities ( --- )
